Quran vs modern science: Quran is a miracle
ABOUT SERMON:
Quran is a miracle because it contains knowledge which the modern science has later proved to be true. For instance, a few years ago, some Arabic individuals managed to get a revelation about the embryology information in the Qur’an, and thus they collected all the message, and because they could not understand the point, they adhered to the Qur’anic instructions which say “If ye realize this not, ask of those who possess the Message” (Al-Qur’an 16:43 & 21:7). In this case, the Qur’anic message was translated into the English language and handed over to the European professor, Dr Keith Moore, who was then an Embryology professor. He was also the chairman of the Anatomy Department in the Toronto University in Canada. Therefore, he was the most reliable person who would give excellent and valid information regarding the embryology message in Qur’an. After a careful examination of the Quranic missive, Dr Moore confirmed that the message perfectly matched the discoveries that modern science had discovered and did not co0nflict them in any way. However, he still noticed that the Quranic dispatch contained other embryologic messages that had not been uncovered yet. Thus, he could not comment about them because he was unaware of the detailed information given. For instance, in the Al-Qur’an (96:1-2), it says, “Proclaim! (or read!) In the name of thy Lord and Cherisher, Who created – Created man, out of a (mere) clot of congealed blood.”
This message was complex for the professor to comment on; thus, he was the one which was opened his eyes to do more on the initial stages of the embryo. According to the Qur’anic verse, in the initial stage, the embryo is made of blood, and thus the professor never knew about the fact. However, after doing the research, he found that it was confirmed that the initial human stage is a mere clot of congealed blood. The scientific knowledge from the Qur’an led Dr Keith Moore to write a third edition of the book, which was named “The Developing Human.” He had initially scripted the book without the Qur’anic knowledge. However, it is after receiving this message from the Qur’an that he focused on the third edition, which in return managed to be the best medical book ever written by a single person. Thus, the book which contains the quranic embryologic messages is usually used as the authentic textbook of embryology in medical studies during the first year. Therefore, Dr Moore acknowledged the Qur’anic information about human development, which made him believe that Allah is the one who gave the statements to Muhammed, thus making or assuring that Muhammad was God’s messenger. Therefore, it is clear that the knowledge about embryology has been there before, only that the people did not understand the scientific knowledge which Qur’an contained.
